Nigeria’s COVID-19 Cases hits 32,558, with 571 new cases


July 13, 2020 - Nigeria‘s Coronavirus COVID-19 cases hits 32, 558 with 571 new cases recorded on Sunday.

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) made this known on its official twitter handle, @NCDCgov on Sunday, giving its daily update.

The NCDC said the cases were reported in 20 states, including the FCT.

“As at July 12, there are 571 new confirmed cases, 13,447 cases have been discharged and 740 deaths have been recorded across the country.

“Lagos (153), Ebonyi (108), Edo (53), Ondo (46) FCT (38), Oyo (20), Kwara (19), Plateau (17), Osun (14), Bayelsa (14), Ekiti (14), Kastina (14), Akwa-Ibom (11), Kaduna (11).

“Rivers (11), Niger (10), Ogun (7), Kano (6), Cross River (4) and Bauchi (2)”.
